JOE was a great friend and as my VICE PRESIDENT of Tel-Central he was always my right hand. I am sorry I did not attend the service but at 86 years old I don't get out much any more by my self.

Some of my happiest childhood memories were time spent with your family, plus the Dunhams and Workmans, at our mid-winter family retreats swimming at Howard Johnsons, and our Sunday morning devotions there. And those late nights when your family would visit us in Mt. Vernon. Joe's laugh was larger than life, as was his heart. None could question his love for the Lord, and for his family. He will be missed by many. My prayers are with your family.
