William "Bill" Thane Scrivner

William “Bill” Thane Scrivner, age 64 of Ozark, Missouri passed away May 14, 2022.  He was born December 6, 1957 in Red Wing, Minnesota, the son of Richard and Ilene (Axelson) Scrivner. 


Bill was a dedicated member of Faith Life Church, Branson where he served on the usher team and was a member of the altar care team.  He enjoyed hunting and gardening.  Bill was an avid outdoorsman.


Survivors include:  his wife of almost 30 years, Patricia Scrivner of Ozark; children, Areona Conrad and husband Lucas of Remlap, Alabama, Caleb Scrivner and wife Stephanie of Sedan, Kansas, Dustin Scrivner and wife Melissa of Independence, Kansas, Angi Rowe and husband Russell of Springfield and Jeff Trester and Karen of Ozark, Missouri and Tulsa, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Paxton, Rory and Tatum Conrad, Thane, Brody and Chase Scrivner, Colton Delilah and Gage Scrivner, Chandler Frizell and wife Taylor, Alexandria Frizell, Victoria Ovit and husband Brayden; great grandchildren, Luna and Lydia Frizell; siblings, Tim Scrivner and wife Jean of Ava, Abigail Crockett of Lockwood, Don Scrivner and wife Marian of Ava and Sandy Porter and husband Leonard of Ava; and his mother in law, Lavon Johnson of Ozark.


Bill was preceded in death by his parents; brothers in law, Bill Crockett and Charles Johnson.


A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, May 19, 2022 at Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Pastor Dave Vaughan officiating.

i went to Ava high school with Bill.after they moved down from Red Wing our parents became friends very nice gentleman
