Wanda Ruth Hubbard, of Ozark, Missouri, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born on April 24, 1938, in Belleville, Illinois, Wanda was the cherished daughter of Charles and Mildred Moore. On December 20, 1958, she married the love of her life, Elmer Hubbard, and proudly embraced the role of military wife. Throughout Elmer’s military career, Wanda devoted herself to supporting her husband and family as they relocated throughout the United States and even to Germany. Her strength, adaptability, and unwavering dedication helped create a loving home wherever life took them.

Wanda worked in a variety of retail and banking positions throughout her life, always bringing her warmth, kindness, and strong work ethic to those around her. She was a talented crocheter who found great joy in creating handmade gifts for family and friends and donating items to charitable causes. She also enjoyed bowling, gardening, and was a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Family was the center of Wanda’s life. She treasured every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She especially enjoyed listening to her husband’s music as he played with his band, creating memories that would last a lifetime.
