Valda Woody, age 87, of Nixa passed away on Friday, April 4, 2014. She is survived by her husband, Ernest, of 66 years; their sons Gary, Allen, and Darin, their families, and many other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held Monday, from 2:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M, April 7, 2014, in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. following the visitation. A graveside service will be held in Calico Rock, AR, at a later time.
