Sampson Alexander Gregg, age 49 of Springfield, died June 21, 2025 at University of Missouri - Columbia Hospital.
Sampson was born September 26, 1975 in Fort Benning, Georgia, the son of James Dale and Helen Ruth (Blevins) Gregg.
Survivors include: three children - Austin Gregg, Alexander Gregg and Rylee Gregg; his brother, James Dale Gregg, Jr.; and his sister, Ruth Ann Wright.
Cremation rites were accorded by Adams Crematory and arrangements were under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.
