Samantha KT Jean Yarbrough

Samantha Yarbrough, 30, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on May 2, 2026. She was born on November 26, 1995.

Samantha was a devoted mother who loved her family deeply and cherished every moment with her children, her daughters were the center of her world. She had a joyful spirit and a playful personality, always ready to be goofy and make others laugh. As a child, she enjoyed playing volleyball and carried that same energetic, fun-loving nature throughout her life.

She is survived by her loving children, Amelia Jackson and Cecilia Yarbrough; her mother, Kathleen Burns of Nixa, Missouri; her sisters, Rebekah Yarbrough of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Jamie Russell of Highlandville, Missouri; and her grandmother, Frances Burns of Ozark, Missouri.

Samantha also leaves behind her uncles, Mark Burns, David Burns (Misty), and Matthew Burns (Heather), along with her beloved nieces and nephews: Alexandrea Burns, Victoria Sokolaski, Alaina Burns, Michaela Burns, Chandler Mitchell, Destany Wiser, and Joshua Burns.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Donald Burns.

Samantha will be remembered for her laughter, her warmth, and the love she gave so freely to those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.

Cremation rites will be accorded by Adams Crematory, with arrangements under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.
