Ricky Joe Davidson

Ricky J. Davidson, of Sparta, Missouri, passed away on April 29, 2023. He was born on May 27, 1954, in Davenport, Iowa, to Audreal and Annabelle (Braden) Davidson.

Ricky was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and enjoying his time outside. He enjoyed watching baseball the most but also enjoyed watching many sports on ESPN throughout the day. Most importantly, Ricky loved his family with his whole heart and always had a way to make them laugh. He was a jokester who always made others laugh no matter where he was or how he was feeling. Everyone enjoyed being around him with his great sense of humor and loving heart; He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his son Mickey Davidson of Sparta; daughter Amber Burk and husband Jason of Camdenton; son Ryan Swemline and wife Anna of California; grandchildren Ethan, Ally, Cooper, Beckett, Alan, and Alex; brother Bobby Davidson Sr.; nephew Bobby Davidson Jr. of Sparta and niece Holly Davidson of Springfield.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at First Oldfield Full Gospel Church.

Cremation rites are accorded with Adams Funeral Home and Crematory.
