Richard Kendall Caudron, age 91, passed away on April 30, 2026. He was born on August 4, 1934, in Kansas City, Kansas, to Louis and Bennie Caudron.

Richard proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 1953 to 1957. Following his military service, he built a distinguished career as a Superintendent of Maintenance Engineering for power plants, working throughout the United States and in Saudi Arabia. His profession allowed him to travel extensively, and he was a man who had journeyed around the world many times.

He is survived by his son, Eugene Caudron; his grandchildren, Cassie Caudron, John and Kristen Warren, Amber and Benjamin Taylor, and Lena Warren; and his great-grandson, Anthony Kudar.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Johanna Rose Caudron; and his daughter, Anna Lynn Warren.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri, with full military honors. A wake will follow from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the VFW, 1136 E. Atlantic, Springfield, MO 65803.

Cremation rites will be accorded by Adams Crematory, with arrangements under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
