Richard "Dick" Thomas Campbell, 88, of Ozark passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at Cox South Medical Center in Springfield.
Dick was born on August 29, 1934 in New York, NY; the son of Ralph and Ann (Vowan) Campbell.
He faithfully served in the United States Air Force for 20 years, proudly retiring as a Master Seargent in 1982.
Dick leaves behind many family members and friends who will cherish his memory.
Cremation rites have been accorded and a private Graveside Memorial with military honors was held at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield; where Dick has been interred.
