Raymond Agnew

Raymond Jay Agnew, age 58 of Nixa, passed away October 29, 2021. He was born January 15, 1963 in Abilene, Texas, the son of Ernest E. and Rosa (Shelton) Agnew. Raymond served his country in the U.S. Army. He loved cooking and became a cook in the restaurant industry. Raymond also enjoyed painting and fishing. He was known for being an outgoing and caring person who would give you the shirt off his back. Survivors include: his mother, Rosa Agnew of Nixa; his brother, Steve Agnew of Nixa; his niece, Chesca Nichols of Springfield; and his girlfriend, Bonnie Griffin Roller of Ozark. Raymond was preceded in death by his father Ernest Agnew and his sister, Rhonda Nichols. A memorial visitation will be from 2-3 P.M. on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
