Patricia Greenwood

Patricia Ann Tarrants Greenwood passed away January 1st, 2020 in Springfield, Missouri. Patricia was born to Lucille Louise Lynn and Albert Benjamin Tarrants on February 24th, 1937 in Louisiana, Missouri. Patricia is survived by Jackie Lee Greenwood, who she wed in 1955 and was married for 26 years, three daughters: Diana (Roy) Barnes, Jackie (Jeff) Zimmer, and Debbie Rose with future son-in-law Al Ali and sister, Karen Henderson. Patricia was grandmother to seven: Brianna, Chase, Mallorie, Justice, Crystal, Joshua and Jeremy and great-grandmother to one: Sienna. Patricia is preceded in death by daughter Kathy Winn. Patricia retired from Bed, Bath and Beyond in 2011 where she enjoyed many praises from executives on her management of the bed and bath departments, most notedly the perfection in the monster towel wall. Along with Bed, Bath and Beyond, Patricia spent her evenings and weekends selling souvenirs at Anaheim Stadium and Anaheim Pond where she supported the CA Angels, LA Rams, Anaheim Ducks and hundreds of concerts. She absolutely LOVED working the concerts! One of her favorite memories was when Tim McGraw stopped by to ask her where the bathroom was, and she got a hug from him! Hobbies of Patricia's included Antique shopping, traveling to Las Vegas, baking chocolate chip cookies for everyone, and lounging with her favorite feline Gracie. Cremation is under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa. The family will be holding a celebration of life in Louisiana, Missouri on Saturday, February 22nd at the First Christian Church 517 S.
