Nixa, MO

Nancy Lee Hill, of Nixa, Missouri, was born September 17, 1942, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Emory and Beulah Shelton. She passed away September 11, 2026, following a long health battle.

Nancy graduated from Parkview High School in Springfield, Missouri, and attended Drury University for two years. It was there in 1961 that she met the love of her life, Jerry Hill. They were married August 25, 1962, and shared many wonderful years together. Nancy was a proud military wife and a devoted stay-at-home mother who cherished raising her family. After her children were grown, she went to work at Dayco as a data processor.

Nancy was a highly skilled quilter and enjoyed RVing with Jerry. Some of her favorite places to visit were the Rio Grande Valley in Texas, Washington State, Arizona, Colorado, and Lake Taneycomo. She also loved playing bridge. Above all, Nancy was especially proud of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and treasured the time she spent with her family.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Jerry Hill; son, David Hill; grandchildren, Tasha (James) and Ashley; great-grandchildren, Parker and Teagan; and sister, Marilyn (Richard) Bilyeu.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Emory and Beulah Shelton; daughter, Jerrianna Hill; and sister, Judy Craig.

Arrangements are in the care of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, Missouri, and cremation rites are accorded by Adams Crematory.
