Marianne Bergeson

Marianne Bergeson, 86, of Nixa, Missouri, passed away peacefully at home on June 18, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on April 26, 1940, Marianne lived a life centered on family, love, and devotion to those she cherished most. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and wife.

For more than 40 years, Marianne stood faithfully beside her husband throughout his career as a professional musician, often describing their journey together as being “in the trenches.” She was known for her strength, loyalty, and unwavering support. Marianne especially enjoyed spending time with her family and never passed up an opportunity for a shopping trip.

She is survived by her children Michelle, Mitch, Molly, and Melanie; her grandchildren, Mitch Jr., Andrea, Rosanne, Melissa, Megan, Misty, Kyle, Luke, and Marshall; 22 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren, with one more on the way. She is also survived by her brother, sister, numerous cousins, and many friends whose lives were touched by her kindness and love.

Marianne was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd Bergeson, an infant daughter, Melody and a grandson, Mason Fuessel.

Cremation rites will be accorded by Adams Crematory and arrangements were under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
