Madeline Irene Bonnell

Madeline Irene Bonnell went home to be with her heavenly father on November 23 2022 at Strafford Care Center. Madeline's death was caused by a stroke after a long battle with dementia.

 

She is survived by her six children Kristine, Robert, Cindy, Douglas, Monta and Monique; her grandchildren: Belinda, Nichole, Bobby, Phillip, Jasmine, Joshua, Miranda, Alexander, Eric, Evan, Lauren, Katie and Andrew; great grandchildren: Thorin, Kali, Cassie, Anara, Heidi, Holly, and Hunter; and her great-great grandchildren: Finn and Lilly.

 

She is also survived by her sister Ramona Moore, and her husband Les; brother Myles Bonnell  and his wife Shirley.

 

She is preceded in death by her grandson, Jeremy and two of her brothers, Fred and Frank.

 

Madeline was born September 27, 1936 in Ollalle Creek, Oregon. She loved her childhood in Oregon, especially the farm in Coquille. She shared many stories about growing up there. Madeline saw just about all 50 states, and some states twice. She also had many interesting careers including being a nanny, truck driver, drummer in a band and a seamstress. 

 

Madeline was a very hard working person and tried to give her family as much as she could. She was a loving and caring mom, grandma and great-grandma. She is missed and loved by her family dearly.

 

Cremation rites have been entrusted with Adams Funeral Home and Crematory.
