Lorine H. Wright

Lorine Helen Wright, 82, of Tanyeville passed away on August 8, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. Lorine was born on March 11, 1939 in Sullivan County, Missouri; the daughter of Julius Gidney and Mary Elizabeth (Myers) Loughead. On August 8, 1955, she married Clifford Henry Wright. On their 66th wedding anniversary, Lorine went to prepare a place for her husband and one week later, the two were reunited in Heaven after Clifford’s passing on August 15th. Surviving are: three children, Larry D. Wright and wife Pam of FL, Joyce E. Husted and husband, Roy of IA, and Gregory Wright and wife, Kelly of Iowa; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. On August 15th, shortly after her husband’s passing, Lorine was also followed to Heaven by her daughter, Nancy Wright. Lorine was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Jerold G. Wright; and many brothers and sisters. Cremation Rites have been accorded and a private service will be held at the family cemetery in Pennville.
