She also found pleasure in flower gardening and baking special desserts for family gatherings. Lois was a longtime member of Ozark Christian Church, Ozark, Missouri, serving many years as Treasurer of the Board, and as a Trustee. She also served in various other capacities and on church committees throughout the years, but especially enjoyed church dinners and being able to socialize with the other members. Survivors include her aunt Kathryn Parson; cousins Sharon (Tom) Barrow, Marvin (Nancy) Parson, Bonnie (Terry) Stine, Bill Parson (Wanda Rogers), Cheryl (John) Wright, and Gina (Donnie) Moseby; a host of extended family and friends, including her best friend of almost 70 years, Rosie Fellin. Lois was preceded in death by her parents. The family would like to thank The Manor at Elfindale staff for the loving care given to Lois over the past two years. A private family graveside service will be held at Pembina Cemetery, Rogersville, Missouri. Friends may drop in from 4-6 P.M. Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Adams Funeral Home, Ozark. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ozark Christian Church, 1200 E. McCracken, Ozark, Missouri 65721, or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
