Linda Lee Sidhu

Linda Lee Sidhu, age 72, of Ozark, Missouri, passed away peacefully at her home on August 3, 2026.

Linda was born on June 17, 1954, in Lancaster, California, to Charles and Joan Dohm. She grew up in California and later attended California State University, Stanislaus, where she earned her master’s degree in psychology. Throughout her professional career, Linda dedicated herself to helping others as an addiction and family therapist, providing guidance, support, and understanding to countless individuals and families.

Twenty years ago, Linda embarked on a new adventure when she moved from California to Missouri, embracing a new chapter in her life while carrying with her the values, determination, and independence that defined her character. Linda was known for being straightforward, honest, and selective about the people she welcomed into her inner circle. Those fortunate enough to earn her friendship knew her loyalty, sincerity, and quiet compassion.

Linda had a lifelong love for animals, especially cats. When she relocated from California, she brought many beloved feline companions with her. After taking in a stray cat, Miss Kitty, it was love at first sight, and she remained faithfully by Linda’s side until the very end. Linda also shared a special bond with a dog named Tango, a beloved neighbor’s pet who brought her much joy and companionship.

An active member of her community, Linda frequently attended the Ozark Senior Center, where she participated in the quilting group. She was a talented quilter whose creativity and attention to detail were reflected in the beautiful quilts and handmade items she lovingly created. Her work will remain treasured by those who received it and admired her craftsmanship.

Linda is survived by her mother, Joan Dohm, who is lovingly cared for in California by Jana and Martin Purdy, lifelong family friends; her three special friends, Kathleen Williams, Virginia Roberts, and Deborah Mauer; and many other friends and neighbors including Dr. Nicholas Farha and his wife Cheng-Wen, whose lives were enriched by knowing her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Dohm, and her brother, Robert “Bobby” Dohm.

Arrangements are under the direction of Adams Funeral Home and cremation rites are accorded by Adams Crematory.
