Linda Kay Mincks

Linda Kay Mincks, born May 28, 1945, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Ernest and Geneva (Pigg) Amos, passed away on January 28, 2026.

Linda was married on June 19, 1964, to Ray Mincks, with whom she shared many years of life and family. Linda had a wide range of interests and hobbies, including playing pool, line dancing, bowling, and playing the piano. She especially enjoyed finding a good bargain at the thrift store and spending time with friends.

Her grandchildren played a big part in her life. Linda loved playing with them and was deeply committed to setting a good example for them through her words and actions. She also cherished the friends she called family from Calvary Bible Church and Ozark Senior Center, enjoying regular visits together—often at her favorite fast-food restaurant.

Linda was a loyal member of her church. She loved the Lord and faithfully raised her children in the church, living out her faith with quiet dedication and love for others.

Linda is survived by her children; Darren Mincks and Beth (Ritchie) Roberts; her grandchildren Chris Hug and Courtney (David) Baxter.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, husband Ray Mincks, and her twin sister Glenda Johnson.

A funeral for Linda Kay Mincks will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 1, 2026 at Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Pastor Buddy Dockum officiating.

Private burial will follow at McConnell Cemetery, Nixa.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. immediately before the funeral at the funeral home in Ozark.
