Kross Cooper Williams, of Ozark, Missouri, was born on June 27, 2026, to Justin and Kristin Williams and passed away on July 14, 2026.
In his 17 short days, Baby Kross touched the hearts of his family and everyone who cared for him. From the moment he was born crying, he showed just how strong he was. He was a little fighter with a feisty spirit and a strong voice.
Kross shared a very special bond with his momma. He found comfort in her voice and always seemed to keep his eyes on her. She treasured every moment she was able to hold him during touch time and gently give him his bath. His daddy also cherished the time he spent holding his son, especially the moment Kross wrapped his tiny hand around his finger.
One precious memory his family will always hold close is hearing the song "I'll Praise You in This Storm" by Casting Crowns. As the song played, Kross raised his little hand as if he already knew how to worship, bringing comfort and peace to those around him.
Kross was dearly loved by his brothers and sisters, who treasured every moment they had with him. Though his life was brief, the love he brought to his family will remain forever.
He is survived by his loving parents, Justin and Kristin Williams; his siblings, Kylen, Kyler, Kacyn, Kaige, and Korah; his grandfather, Rick Williams; his grandmother, Patty Johnson; his great-grandparents, Lois and James Passmore, Evelyn and Robert Johnson, and Fred and Lee Williams; his aunts and uncles, Jacob and Ashley, Josh, Jessica and Micheal, Kevin and BJ, Stephanie and Aaron, Debbie and Dick, Jalisa and Rick, Scotty and Tammy; and many cousins and extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, W.C. Passmore and Nancy Hagler; his uncles, Christopher and Tyler; and his cousin, Emma.
Though Baby Kross was with his family for only a short time, he filled their lives with love, hope, and unforgettable memories. He will be forever loved, forever missed, and forever held in their hearts.
A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Mark Wright officiating. Visitation will be at 3:00 p.m. immediately before the funeral at the funeral home.
