Koa John Crouse

Koa John Crouse, 8 days old, passed away May 20, 2021. He was born May 12, 2021 in Springfield, the son of Kerik John and Alyssa Marie (Patterson) Crouse. Survivors include: his parents Kerik and Alyssa Crouse of Waynesville; grandparents; David and Angela Patterson of Ozark, Bobby and Leah Crouse of Republic and Chris and Mandy McCanless of Overland Park, Kansas; great grandparents; Ollie Patterson of Ozark, Bob and Barbara Cook of Carl Junction, Sharon Smith of Pratt, Kansas, Gala Wilson of Republic, Glenda Millington of Brooksville, Florida, and Tom and Janice McCanless; aunts and uncles, Trenton and Ashley Patterson of Warrensburg, Teagan Patterson of Ozark, Cooper Crouse of Republic, Caleb Crouse of Overland Park, Kansas, Austin and Madison McCanless of Republic, Ashlyn McCanless of Mt. Vernon, Lain and Aspyn McCanless of Branson, and Blake, Nic and Wes Daigh of Republic. Koa was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Joe Patterson; Sue Cook, Russ Smith, John Wilson and John Jones; and his great aunt, Linda Patterson. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Pastor Chris Thixton officiating. Burial will follow at Weaver Cemetery, Ozark. Visitation will be from 10-11 A.M. immediately before the funeral in the funeral home.
