Judith “Judy” Walker, age 78, formerly of Oldfield, passed away March 14, 2026, in Ozark Nursing and Care Center. She was born June 21, 1947 in Fordland, the daughter of Hutson and Mildred (Williams) Ewing.

In September of 1966 Judy and Johnny Roy Walker were united in marriage. Judy served as a loving caregiver for Johnny until his death, along with caring for her children and grandchildren. She loved attending activities with all her grandchildren. Judy and her sisters enjoyed trips following gospel quartets, and antiquing.

Up until health prevented Judy from attending, she was a faithful member of Oldfield Church of Christ.

Survivors include: Two daughers and their husbands, Kim and Russ Jones of Garrison, and Dawn and Scott Taylor of Sparta; grandchildren, Zach Daugherty (Taylor), Colten Jones (Jordyn); Taylor Daugherty; Shelby Dalton (Emmett), Cory Taylor (Briana), and Stevi Combs (Riley); great-grandchildren, Parker Daugherty, Saydee Jones, Hudson Daugherty, Cambree Jones, Emmryn Dalton, Grayson Taylor, Ellis Jones, Everett Taylor, and Reese Combs; a sister, Janie Smoot of Rogersville; a brother-in-law, Tom Walker of Strafford; nieces and nephews.

Preceding Judy in death were: Her husband, Johnny in 2006; a granddaughter, River Dalton; siblings, Sam, JoAnn, Nancy, and Mary June; and her parents.

A funeral service will be 10:00 am Wednesday, March 18, in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark. Visitation will be Tuesday evening 5:30-7:30 in the funeral home. Burial will follow the service on Wednesday in Oldfield Cemetery.
