Juan Andres Salazar, age 57 of Springfield, passed away December 6, 2015. He was born August 21, 1958 in Tuman, Peru, the son of Andres and Andrea (Purisaca) Salazar.
Survivors include his wife, Urcina (Isabel) Salazar.
A memorial service will be planned at a later date to take place at Glenstone Baptist Church, Springfield.
