Jon,
I have no doubt you are experiencing unimaginable joys right now. You touched a lot of lives before you left us and you left behind a legacy of love. That’s the most any of us could hope for. I’m proud to have called you friend. I hope you’re working on a recording studio like nothing we could have previously imagined.. and when I see you again, I can’t wait to hear what you’ve been working on.
Much love, my friend.

Jon, I remember you as a youth coming over to our house many times and being your funny and silly self. I also remember you going with John and I to the music store and buying Paul his first guitar. I have so many memories of you being around until we moved to Arkansas. But my most recent memory is of you and I messaging and you relating to me how God has changed your life and how you were so concerned for the souls of others. I truly feel like there will be more saved now than there were while you were on this earth because your influence was such an impact on so many lives. Hope to see you soon, Karen Carson Smith

Jon, you have left an eternal impact on my life, and the life of my family. When you forced me to learn guitar back in '84, approaching my doorstep with guitar in hand, I had no faith in myself, but you somehow did. You began what would be my lifelong passion, and now my children's, as I've passed it on to them. I can't imagine my life without your influence, as even up to last week you were sharing new insights, laughs, and musical ideas. I equally can't imagine my life going forward without you. God apparently had bigger plans for you in His prescence, moreso than I can imagine, and I can't wait to hear what you've been up to when I see you again :)

You stepped out of this world right into the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and left the struggle’s of this world behind. See you soon my friend and brother.

Jon, I only remember you as a little boy when I was a teenager growing up, but one day not so far in the distant future our paths will cross once again for all eternity in Heaven. God Bless the Scott Family...
