Janice Fay Keithley, of Spokane, Missouri, was born December 19, 1955, in Branson, Missouri, to Jack and Shirley Keithley. She passed away peacefully at her home on September 14, 2026.
Janice attended school in Spokane and always called Spokane home. She loved serving the Lord and singing His praises, and she was very well known for her beautiful singing voice. Her greatest joy was her family. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren deeply and cherished every family gathering.
Janice was straight-forward and never afraid to tell it like it was. She was also known for being the best backseat driver! She loved flower gardening, especially her favorite flower, the iris, as well as interior decorating, baking, and cooking. Her goulash and baked beans were favorites among her family and friends, and no one ever left Janice’s home hungry. She especially loved everything about Christmas and the special time spent together with family during the holidays.
Janice experienced the heartbreaking loss of her twin sister, Joyce, in 2002 and her son, Jack, in 2021. She never stopped missing her son, and his loss was especially difficult for her. She is now happy and at home in the arms of the Lord, reunited with those she loved and missed so dearly.
Janice is survived by her daughter, Sandy Yocum; daughter-in-law, Karen Bilyeu; grandchildren, Denton (Hannah) Bilyeu, Lindsey (Tyler) Herzan, Caleb (Marissa) Bilyeu, and Josie Bilyeu; great-grandchildren, Ivy, Garlin, Nova, David, Miles, Malikai, and Silas; siblings, Gale Keithley, Debora (Robert) Ricketts, Teresa Keithley, and Eddie (Sandy) Keithley; her precious dog, Lily; her cat, Sugars; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Shirley Keithley; her son, Jack Bilyeu; her twin sister, Joyce Bolin; and her grandson, Charles Glen Bilyeu.
