Jana Carol Yancer

Jana Carol Yancer, age 69, of Tulsa, Oklahoma died August 21, 2025. Jana was born on August 3, 1956, the daughter of Manford and Goldie (Coffer) Nokes.

Jana leaves behind a legacy of love through her cherished children, Tyler Stalker, married to Katy Stalker, and Ashton Leigh, married to Daniel Leigh. Her pride and joy thrived in the smiles of her grandchildren: Claire and Jack Stalker and Brooklyn Leigh, whose laughter she held dear.Jana was not only a devoted mother and grandmother but also a loving sister to Lana McCullough. Her professional journey began in the nurturing surroundings of teaching preschool and extended to her enthusiastic involvement in the PTA. An accomplished interior decorator, Jana's work reflected style and expertise. In her leisure, Jana found joy in playing the piano, crafting culinary delights, traveling to new destinations, and indulging in shopping excursions. However her greatest delight always resided in the time spent with her children and grandchildren. 

Jana had a remarkable ability to bring joy to those around her; her delightful silliness intertwined with unwavering love and support would bring smiles to all. Sentimental and kind-hearted, she took immense pride in showcasing the special creations and gifts from her family, each a treasured reminder of the love they shared. Her radiant smile had the power to illuminate any room, leaving an enduring imprint on the hearts of those privileged to know her.

A funeral service qill be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Adams Funeral Home in Ozark, with burial to follow at McCauley Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to gather for visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
