Jack Chamberlain

October 26, 1936 — April 22, 2021

Jack H. Chamberlain, age 84 of Rogersville, formerly of Nixa, passed away April 22, 2021. He was born October 26, 1936 in Pasadena, California, the son of Robert and Mary (Burger) Chamberlain. On June 27, 1959 Jack was united in marriage to Betty (Crosby). They were married 57 years before Betty’s death. Jack was a retired installer for the phone company. His career with Nokia spanned 35 years, after his service in the U.S. Navy and Reserves. Before moving to Missouri to be closer to his daughter, Jack lived in Jacksonville, Florida, where he attended and served at New Life Christian Fellowship. His ministry service included leading prison ministry, being an usher, security team, and small Bible study. He also served at Mayapple Chapel with senior citizens. Survivors include his daughters, Beth Rowe and husband Don, and Joy Chamberlain; granddaughters, Lauren Rowe, Sarah Page, Savannah Page and Sasha Page; his brother, Robert Chamberlain; a sister, Carol; and an aunt, Phyllis Chamberlain. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, and a son, Jon. Jack was a wonderful father and husband. He was a godly man committed to his family and his church. He will be missed by all who loved him. A memorial service will be held at 4:00pm on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, MO with Chaplain Susie Lynch officiating. Full military honors will follow the memorial service.
