Glenette accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior at the age of eight and remained a faithful Christian throughout her life. She had attended New Haven Baptist Church since birth. Glenette was known as a devoted prayer warrior who faithfully carried the burdens of others to the feet of Jesus. She was loved and a friend to people all over the United States. To so many, Glenette was simply "Mom." She had a gift for making everyone feel loved and welcomed, whether they were family, friends, or someone she had just met. Her kitchen was the heart of her home, where she lovingly prepared meals for those she loved. She was especially famous for her chicken and noodles, cinnamon rolls and caramel corn. Her grandchildren have treasured memories of helping her snap green beans so she would take them to Bull Creek. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, especially going out to eat with them, and recently they even turned her into a fan of 7 Brew.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Della (Bilyeu) Keltner; her beloved husband, Adrian Lee Brown; her son, Allen Clay Brown; her daughter, Sherri Ann Brown Cutbirth; son-in-law Kevin Lee Cutbirth; and a grandson, Dustin James Tennis.
She is survived by her daughter, Glenda Lea Tennis and husband Jack; her grandchildren, Justin Tennis and wife Mollie; Adrian Lindsey Hartley and husband Tyler; Kaitlyn Grube and husband Eric, Dustin Cutbirth and wife Linda, and Landon Bilyeu and wife Jaci. She is also survived by her cherished great-grandchildren: Cheyanne Tennis, Hadley Grace Hartley, Jake Tennis, Shayne Grube, Lincoln Cutbirth, Dottie Cutbirth, Casper Cutbirth, and Whitley Bilyeu.
Glenette will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her compassionate heart, her servant's spirit, and the countless prayers she offered for family, friends, and strangers alike. Her legacy of love, kindness, hospitality, and trust in the Lord will continue to live on in the lives of all who were blessed to know her.
