Frank Billy Blankenship

            Frank Billy Blankenship, age 73 of Ozark, died May 9, 2023.  He was born April 26, 1950 in Protem, the son of Jeff Davis and Ruby (Newnam) Blankenship. 

            Frank was a carpenter and enjoyed singing and playing music.  He was a craftsman and made birdhouses and grapevine wreaths. 

            Survivors include:  his sons, Billy Blankenship of Ozark and Zebinah Blankenship of Springfield; grandchildren, Christian Amil Rust and Cheyanne Brooks; his siblings, David Blankenship and wife Barb of Florida, Ron Blankenship and wife Carolyn of Sparta, Joan Turner and husband Jerry of Ozark, Faye Letterman and husband Ron of Sparta, Kay Berry and husband Joe of Ozark, Dennie Walrath and Mary Fuller of Gainesville.

            Frank was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Winona Jean Blankenship; and his brother, Arnold Blankenship.

            Cremation rites will be accorded by Adams Crematory and arrangements are under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.
