Donna Lou Herndon

Donna Lou Herndon, age 72, of Ozark, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2022.  She was born July 3, 1949 in the McCracken community near Ozark, the daughter of Ray and Francis Mae (Moore) Shipman. 

Donna worked as a waitress before becoming disabled following a trucking accident. 

Survivors include: Her son, Dennis Gene Grider Jr. “Sam”; grandchildren Donnie, Emma, and Kelsy Jo; a sister, Linda Curtis and husband Carl; aunts, uncles and cousins.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Herndon, a son Kelly Grider; a brother, Joe Shipman, and her parents.         

Cremation is under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, and Adams Crematory.  No services are planned at this time.
