Diana Brazeale

Oct 8, 1971 — Jul 6, 2026

Diana Paige Brazeale, 54, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2026. Born on October 8, 1971, she was the beloved daughter of the late Minnie Frances Brazeale and Joe Walter Brazeale. Diana will be remembered as a devoted sister, aunt, niece, and friend who loved her family deeply, cherished her cats, loved cooking, reading and found great joy in music. Known for her quick-witted sense of humor, she loved sharing a spicy joke and amazed everyone with her remarkable photographic memory.

Diana was an accomplished attorney who spent her life dedicated to the legal field. She began her higher education at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa honor society, Phi Eta Sigma and Delta Phi Alpa before earning her law degrees from Cornell Law School in 1997. While at Cornell, she achieved both a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and Comparative Law, alongside a Certificate of Concentration in Business Law and Regulation. Her academic excellence was reflected in her roles as an Editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and as a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society.

Diana began her law career in Kansas City as a litigation associate with Lewis, Rice & Fingersh before returning to her home town of Ozark, MO. In August 2006, Diana established her own solo practice in Branson, MO, specializing in bankruptcy, business law, real estate law, and probate. She intentionally kept her practice small to ensure every client received highly personalized attention. Diana wanted her clients to feel genuinely important, ensuring they were active partners in their own cases. Her fierce devotion to her work and her clients earned her deep respect throughout her career.

Diana's love of reading led her to serve on the Christian County library Board of Trustees. For the last three years, she also wrote monthly articles for the Parade of Homes magazine to assist readers in the rules and laws surrounding real estate.

She is survived by her brothers, Lance Brazeale (Lesa) and Jack Brazeale; her nephew, Joseph Brazeale; her aunt, Rachel Robertson (Dale); and a large, loving network of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, close friends, and professional colleagues.

Diana's presence brought light and laughter to those around her. While she will be greatly missed, her family and friends take comfort in knowing she is now at home with her Savior.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5 to 7 PM on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.

A graveside service will be held for Diana along with her mother Fran Brazeale on Friday, August 14, 2026 at 10 AM at Selmore Cemetery, where Diana’s body will be laid to rest with her parents, under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Christian County Library in Missouri. Contributions can be made online via the Christian County Library Square Page or mailed to 1005 North 4th Ave, Ozark, MO 65721.
