Dakoda Bear Garretson

December 7, 2021 — April 22, 2022

     Dakoda Bear Garretson was born December 7, 2021 in Nixa, Missouri, the son of Ryan and Amanda Garretson.

     He is survived by his parents and five siblings; two sisters, Molly and Alexis and three brothers, Billy, David and Ryder; grandparents, Lynn and Mindi Kennedy, Steve and Susan Thornton and John and Tracy Garretson; great grandparents, Joseph and Cathy Franco and Howard and Mary Cummings; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that were truly blessed by his presence even though his time was too short.

      Visitation will be at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, in the Foyer at James River Church, Ozark, followed by a funerasl service at 1 pm.  Burial will be held at Hopedale Cemetery, Ozark, immediately after the funeral.  

            “Brothers and Sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope.

            For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.”

               ~ 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14

            Today Little Koda Bear is with Jesus.
