Clark "Steve" Clark

Clark Steven Clark, age 75 of Sparta, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2025. He was born September 25, 1950 in Ozark, the son of Rex Calvin and Ada (Stevens) Clark.

Steve started work at Fasco in Ozark in 1969, and worked there until it closed. He also served in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed the outdoors - hunting, fishing and shooting with his granddaughter, Charity. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.

Survivors include: his wife, Shirley Clark of the home; three children, C.C. (Clay) Eastep of Sparta; Keith Williams of Chadwick and Chance Gideon and wife Betty of Garrison; two grandchildren, Charity Williams and Myra Mae Gideon; a sister, Cindy Clark of Ozark; two aunts, Marie Day of Chadwick and Hester McBratney of Garrison; and lots of cousins.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Rex Clark and Ada Dennis; and his mother in law, Sybil Harvill.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025 at Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Reverend James Orick officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olive at Highlonesome. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. immediately before the funeral at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Garrison Cemetery.
