Charles Franklin Maples

Charles Franklin Maples, age 25, of Highlandville, was born February 20, 1988, the son of Roger and Bobby (Baker) Maples. He passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2013. He was a graduate of Spokane High School. Charles worked as a shipping and receiving clerk for Bass Pro. Everyone enjoyed being around Charles, and wherever he was he made it a party. He never met a stranger, loved to help others, and was always self-confident in what he did. He was an avid poem writer, and enjoyed horses. Survivors include: His parents, Roger and Bobby of Highlandville; a sister, Jennifer Maples of Forsyth; a grandmother Norma Jean Maples of Highlandville; countless aunts, uncles, other relatives, and a multitude of friends. A graveside memorial service will be 2:00 PM Friday, August 30, at Tory Cemetery, with Pastor Danny Hartwell officiating.
