Bobby Gene Borden

Bobby Gene Borden, age 81 passed away on May 16, 2022, in his home. Bobby was born in Davenport, Iowa to George and Jean Borden, Bobby met the love of his life Jeri Borden when they were in High School. Bobby and Jeri married on June 17, 1962, and had two children Jeff and Kristi. 

Bobby was preeded in death by his parents George and Jean Borden, brother David Borden, and son Jeff Borden. 

He is survived by his wife Jeri Borden; brother Ronald Borden; daughter Kristi and husband Byron Cole; grandson Zac Coggin; grandson Levi Cole; grandson Chase Cole; great grandson Brady Coggin. 

Bobby enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. He never turned down playing darts, pool, and even Texas Holden. Bobby loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. Bobby will be greatly missed by everyone. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society for Colon Cancer. 

A Memorial Visitation will be from 10AM - 12:00PM in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa on Friday, May 27, 2022.  Cremation was under the care of Adams Crematory.
