Beth Ann Chase, age 70, of Ozark, Missouri, passed away July 23, 2026. She was born August 24, 1955, in Wichita, Kansas, to Robert and Junie (Sims) Cantrell.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 31, 2026, at Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with a Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m.
Burial and graveside service will follow at Sinking Creek Cemetery in Everton, Missouri.
