Barbara Bilyeu

Barbara Bilyeu, age 76, of Ozark, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at the home of her daughter, Lesli Burks of Lee's Summit, Missouri. Barbara was born March 5, 1943 in Wichita, Kansas to Leonard and Rosegene (Scholtz) Bilyeu of Spokane, Missouri. She spent most of her life in Spokane, and graduated in 1961 from Spokane High School. She later worked as a secretary in the high school office for 13 � years. Barbara was saved at Baptist Hill Church Camp and baptized in Goff Creek. She was a member of Spokane Baptist Church. Barbara kept busy antiquing and going to flea markets. She enjoyed fishing, gardening and her flowers, and canning. She was diligent in researching her genealogy. Barbara took pride in her grandchildren and loved each one. Survivors include: Her daughter Lesli Burks and husband Terry; her son, Robert Buck and his wife Kathi of Olathe, Kansas; a step-daughter, Jennifer Mills of Ozark; a granddaughter; five grandsons; a step-grandson and his wife; a great-grandson; a sister, Sharon Blansit of Ash Grove; many nieces and nephews; and grandnieces and grandnephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, September 7, in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Pastor Jamie Bilyeu and Pastor Gary Robertson officiating. Burial will follow in Spokane Cemetery.
