Springfield

Aaron Joseph Manning, age 47, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on November 2, 2025. He was born on July 8, 1978, to his mother, Cyndie Manning.

On July 26, 2007, Aaron married the love of his life, Myssi (Glasscock) Manning. Their love story began through a shared passion for Star Wars, and that spark grew into a deep and lasting bond. Together, they built a life full of laughter and family—often spending time at the lake with their whole family and sharing special putt-putt dates that were just for the two of them.

Aaron was incredibly proud of earning his GED, an accomplishment that meant a great deal to him. He loved being a dad most of all—he was playful, patient, and devoted to his two sons: Damien and Dante. One of their favorite memories together was playing their special game, “Ready, set, go!”—a simple tradition that captured Aaron’s fun-loving spirit and devotion to his family.

A talented home cook, Aaron was best known for his Tuscan chicken and chicken noodle soup, dishes that became family favorites. He also shared a special bond with his beloved black lab, Nala, who was always by his side.

Aaron was thoughtful and romantic designing a one-of-a-kind wedding ring for Myssi to celebrate their 20th anniversary, a lasting symbol of their love. He also cherished his childhood memories of playing video games, a passion that carried through the years.

Aaron is survived by his wife, Myssi Manning; his mother, Cyndie Manning; his children, Damien, Gabriel, and Dante Joseph Manning; his mother- and father-in-law, Ray and Carol Glasscock; and his two sisters. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ron and Donna Manning.

Aaron will be remembered for his kind heart and deep love for his family. His presence will be deeply missed, and his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Arrangements are under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa and cremations rites will be accorded by Adams Crematory.
