Ross attended the First Baptist Church of Spokane and loved his church family. Ross is survived by Deborah Foley; his children Lisa Foley and husband Tim, and Cynthia Hyde and her husband Tony; grandchildren Edmund, Anthony and Kayleigh; one great-grandchild; siblings Delmar LaRoche of Ohio, Vernon LaRoche and David LaRoche both of Kentucky. Ross is preceded in death by his wife, Mary; his parents; a brother Percy LaRoche and a sister Edith House. I first met Ross when he and Mary were the nursing staff at Camp Good News in Springville, his love and dedication to children was obvious. I later went to church with him at Calvary Baptist in Bloomington. He was a caring man and will be missed.

I remember how kind Ross always was to our daughter Jordyn in the younger years of her and Kayleigh's friendship. I know he will be much missed.

Spent many hours of fellowship with Ross at church. He seldom complained and always had a smile on his face with a cheerful word for you. He will greatly missed.
